Doing business with us

Setting up an account

To begin with, just send us the appropriate, completed account application form, which you can download below. We will then check with our credit insurers on insurance, before advising you by email or fax the result, together with your account reference details. Order confirmations

We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending a sales order confirmation to you, normally on the same day. On receipt of your order, we check to ensure that the products will work together, giving you extra peace of mind, then email you an order confirmation with full details including the expected shipping date.

 

Order progressing

Once you have placed an order with us, you can check its progress with us by emailing or calling your sales contact on 0844 8800 765 or +44 (0)1488 73366. However, if for reasons beyond our control we are unable to meet your required delivery date, we will do our best to advise you in advance.

 

Order tracking

We ship all our goods via City Link who have a variety of timed next day deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, we are able to monitor its progress via their "Track and Trace" facility on their website. If you require proof of delivery, we are also able to obtain this from the Track and Trace system.

 

Invoicing

We will raise and post an invoice on the same day the goods are shipped.
