Celebrating International Women's Day 2023 at RGB!

We are spending today celebrating our fantastic 50% female workforce. From our directors to our logistics team, from accounts to sales, from product to marketing, we have brilliant females throughout our business. Whilst not all of our team wanted to get involved in our pictures, here's a list of them all and the amazing roles they have within the company:

Whilst we maintain an equal gender balance at RGB, less than 30% of those working in tech within the UK are women, a huge gender gap in such a successful time in the industry.
We want to use this day to help close this gap! For every new follower on @rgbcomms social media pages we will be donating to Tech She Can, a charity that works to change the gender ratio in the tech industry. They inspire and educate girls and women to study technology subjects and pursue technology careers so that they have an equal opportunity to participate in the jobs of the future!
