Da-Lite and Projecta Merge to Form a Unified Da-Lite Brand

Legrand AV’s Projecta has recently announced its merger with Da-Lite, another leading provider of projection screens. The merger will create a stronger and more diverse company, with the aim of better serving their customers and meeting the evolving needs of the AV industry. 2023 is the year Projecta will transition to the Da-Lite brand. Actually ... both brands have been together since 1991 as sister companies.

For existing customers of Projecta and Da-Lite, the merger will have little immediate impact other than the Projecta brand transitioning into the Da-Lite brand name. Over time, however, customers can expect to see new and exciting products emerge from the merged company, as well as a more streamlined and efficient service.
