The Solution and Approach:

ATI utilised cutting-edge technology from Savant, Lutron, Polar Bear Design and other brands  to meet the clients needs, offering complete control over their smart home. ATI not only managed the entire design process but delivered documentation covering all aspects of products and services.

Savant Integration:

• ATI chose to use a Savant System as the client interface, because of its intuitive design, easy-to-use interface and the variety of available interfaces, to manage all AV services in the home, which the client preferred.
• Savant’s IP audio and video distribution capabilities enhanced this integration, providing scalability within the system’s design.
• ATI designed a custom home cinema room for the client, kitted with an immersive Dolby Atmos surround system, seamlessly controlled with a Savant Pro Remote X2.

Intuitive Lighting, Shading and HVAC Solutions:

• Lutron’s Palladiom’s keypads were used throughout the property to provide the client with full control over lighting, shading and home automation throughout their home.
• Polar Bear Design’s Zentium Thermostat was linked with Lutron’s keypads in key areas of the house, where HVAC and lighting control deemed beneficial, allowing for a unified control interface.
• To maintain a cohesive aesthetic throughout the property, ATI opted for Focus SB’s range of electrical plates, ensuring that all AV, lighting and security controls perfectly matched.

Security and Control:

• Instalment of a Texecom Alarm System, complemented with a fire alarm system for enhanced safety and security measures.
• Additionally, an advanced CCTV system was seamlessly integrated both indoors and outdoors, fortifying the home’s security measures.
• ATI established a robust IT infrastructure and managed Wi-Fi platform, catering to both internal and external needs.

Seamless User Control:

• The integration of a Savant System allows the family to dim the lights with a voice command, adjust lighting from their phones, stream music throughout and much more, all within a single interface.
• The client can now enjoy effortless control of lighting, shading, temperature and entertainment for a personalised and intuitive home experience.
• Savant and Lutron’s integration allows the homeowner to create personalised Scenes that automate their daily routines. For example, the homeowner may like to automatically lower shades and turn on the lights in the living room at 6PM.

Intuitive Automation:

• Voice command capabilities allow the residence to change the environment in their home, simplifying interactions and enhancing usability.
• Polar Bear Design offers HVAC control throughout the home, such as adjusting setpoints, fan speeds, and heating modes for any room, no matter where the client is.
• Lutron keypads and shades were installed throughout the home, providing control over lighting and automated shade adjustments based on time, weather and user preferences.
