Training
RGB are committed to delivering the very best in training and support. Our course tutors are well respected in the industry, with experienced technical backgrounds and a complete understanding of the challenges that you face.
We have a dedicated training and demonstration suite at our offices in Hungerford, which is available for all of our sales and technical product training courses, as well as for you to use free of charge for customer and staff training, meetings or end user demonstrations.
We pride ourselves on our extensive dealer training program and we strongly believe that training is a critically important offering to our customers. Which is why we not only have a wide range of courses available, but we also recognise that a busy dealer’s most valuable commodity is their time, so most of our courses are designed to be just 1-day long. To further assist delegates with the cost of attending we charge only a nominal, £30 fee which covers the cost of administration, booking, refreshments, lunch and supporting course literature.
On the road training
We aim to visit at least 3 or 4 big cities a year, usually London, Manchester, Glasgow and Dublin to bring our training courses and new product showcases to you. We don’t expect you to travel hundreds of miles to attend one of our courses, but we do recognise the value the importance of regular training updates, so please keep a check on the Events page for when we’re coming to you.
